We are proposing holding a combined meeting / Xmas Meal at The Green, just off the M194/A184 roundabout at White Mare Pool, Wardley on 01/12/04 - which would be our usual meeting night.

If you wish to come, can you let me know as soon as possible the number of seats you would like reserved as I need to approach The Green early to ensure that we don't miss out on this date.

The cost is �19.50 per head for a four course meal. A copy of the menu is available by email as I can't host pics.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to get in touch.

The Green have confirmed that they can take our booking for 01/12/04 for our Xmas meal. Places are booked for 8.15 pm.
 
Because of the potentially large number attending, they've asked for some idea of the orders, so that they can be prepared. Anyone wishing to attend needs to contact me to place their order from the menu posted by Rhys above, and arrange payment of a deposit of �3 per head in advance.
