I've just bought a 2001 728iSport - very pleased with it so far...just one issue. The battery failed on day 2 (now replaced) ..car had been laid up for some months so no great surprise- Simultaneoously to battery failing, Auto boot closure failed as well. Since replacing battery Auto Boot closure has not responded so imagine could be a blown fuse. I can't find where the offending fuse might live...not listed on set under the main glove box, mini glove box on drivers side has no fuse list with it and not listed in the set in the boot. Can anyone help? |
