    SO--- BLIARS Conmen--have been advised by the Court for Human RIGHTS, That they have untill 18th Jan 05, to answer the claim that UK drivers RIGHTS have been breached, on UK Drivers having to INCRIMINATE themselves , after a Scamera photo of a Reg Number.
All in contradiction of Art 6 ECHR. AND Brit Common Law, going back 00,s of years.Slime++
