Is there a web address for the company that you bought the shocks from, or are they mail order? If so any addresses or contact numbers?

I need to replace the front shock absorbers on my 1989 320ise(front end is like a bouncy castle).  Does anyone have any reccomendations and prices?  Original BMW, OEM, etc?  Do the units come complete or can you buy inserts?  Any advice appreciated.

Tucky.
