The E30 M3 BMW is a very nice model in black with BBS stickers. Only available on the second hand market but still a high price 25-30

The M1 is also a nicely done model, I would like to get my hannds on these one day when I have the money.

The balck M1 is quite common, I got mine at a car boot for 80p. The orange one is about 60.

SCX also do an M3 E30 (SCX is the spannish arm of scalextric)

Fly are very good for details and can be easily shown as a model, rather than just a kiddies toy as it were. Scalextric have come a very long way tho', I've got a collection of GT40's (sports models) The black and gold sports models cost me shop price, around 28 each, they were going on the market at over 100 at the time because they were so rare.

There was talk of Fly/GB Track producing a 3 and a 3.5 CSL, tho this hasnt got off the ground, the origional scalextric ones aren't fantastic, but still collectable.

You will be lucky to get a scalextric E30 M3 at a boot fair for 80p. Just try on ebay to see the prices.

my mates got one as well, think I saw one at a toy fair for around 30 - 45.

They are quite collectable, and worth a bit in mint/boxed condition. Ive got a E36 Daily Express touring car mint/boxed, no idea how much, tho cost me 30, 3 or 4 years ago
