   Has anyone had a good experience with BMW Holland Park?  I bought a convertible E36 from them two years ago and the roof has been in six times for it to be fixed, only for it to go wrong later (once they dropped it off at my place of work, I went down to drive it home and it didn't even work then!!!)

	One of the techs at Holland Park, a stockily-built Spaniard named Carlos, looks after my 1983 635CSi. He does absolutely fine, as far as I'm concerned!
