e36 fog lights

   I have a E36 316 coupe on a 96 plate at christmas some seventeen year old p**ck took the front end off on the ice.  his insurance company have put a new bonnet, wing and i payed an extra �360 for a M3 bumper (the old one was a standard colour coded one without fog lights) not including the fogs.  About the right price ?  are they all wired for fog lights or do i have to wire them back to the fuse box. Ta any advice would be great.
