I'm not sure what Mell's story is but the only problem I had was fixed the same day. There seems to be a lot of knocking of companies on this site without any reason given.

I couldn't agree with you more.

Its a tough one to call, one person will moan as you've moderated them and they think they are giving a service to other members.

Another will complain that its his mates company and the complaint isn't justified.

Best Wishes

Nigel

ok boys you want to know why i dont like Tint Haus, here goes.......

seen there work before as alot of mates been there and i got told they were real good,so i got my E36 done,Charged £290 which didnt seem a bad price as i got told it should of been £350 so i was happy i got a discount, when i picked up the car he said that a few bubbles would maybe show but they would drop out,3 days later bubbles all over the rear window and the rear sides started lifting,so using 2 cars i had to take it back which was extra exspense as i live around 30 miles each way from the shop, leaving the car the whole day when picking it up i noticed that the rear window looked odd, before i couldnt see any of the orange lines through tint now it was showing through in patches and looked awful,i then had to bring it back again for him to take it off and re-do the rear window at my exspense. When picking up the car i was relieved to see that it looked ok until i looked into the light and saw my whole back window was scratched to hell, which was not there before hand,i then had to take it to a window company which Tint Haus paid for a replacment rear,Tint Haus tinted the window before they fitted the window in,so i checked it to make sure it was ok and gave them the go ahead, when picking the car up i checked it over but the garage was so dark it was hard to see if anything was wrong,it wasnt until i got out into the day light i noticed i rip in the tint which looked like something had been dropped onto it!!!!i was gutted to say the least and upset that after all this the job was still not done,Tint Haus offered to take the tints off and give me back my money, after all the time and petrol money i had spent i was not amused,it ended up costing me around  a £100 more on petrol plus moving my shifts at work to fit the car in.What also annoyed me was the fact the shop was never open when they said they would be there,i use to have to wait ages for them to return back after dropping cars off!!  this guy that is doing my new car i have seen his work on Range Rovers and Landies,he came round my house and explained everything, really knew what he was talking about so fingers crossed this one will be ok,plus hes only charging £230 on a E46.
