Anyone know if the heated mirrors can be retro-fitted to a Compact?

I know that other manufacturers sometimes install the wiring, but do BMW. Mines are electric, but was wondering if it hard to fit heated ones instead.????

Cheers

The wiring should already be there if it's an option on the car in the first place.  Can't vouch for the compact but this is certainly the case with all the BMs I've had - 3, 5 and 7.

I assume you are looking for standard ones, if not tho, Hperturismo is doing VERY good M3 replicas, which actually are very close to the real thing, for a good price, they are electric and heated, worth a thought! (08700 80 81 82)
