Blimey! I'd want four for that sort of money. Especially without the sunroof and central locking working. Is that the difference an MOT makes or is it the manual box? |

Simon I like the look of your driveway (with the exception of the Audi perhaps!). I'd love an E23 in the fullness of time, once I scale the dizzying financial heights of buying one - 445 quid is almost twice as much as I've ever paid for a car. So I'll wait for something cheaper. Or is this an indication that the E23 has finally made the leap from banger to classic??

its the manual box plus the rust free panels that have attracted bids I think.

Philip I think you're right. Doive There are some threads elsewhere about the value of E23's and whether they may ever become valuable classics. Whilst the answer is probably not it does mean it's as cheap to buy a whole E23 for the one part that you need than pay dealer parts prices. German & Swedish usually come up trumps for the other bits though. |
