Let it be the first of this seasons great shows.

The Central Region looks forward to seeing all the signed up exhibitors tomorrow in Hall 2.

Any Club Members who are not exhibiting in the main hall, but have agreed with their regional organiser to display outside, should make their way to service area C, which is next to the main hall 2. Here there will be Club and trade displays.

You have to be in position by 9.30 am at the latest, as we cannot have vehicles moving around when the public are around.

Similarly, stands and displays cannot be broken down till after 4pm.

Parking for late arrivals will be in the normal public car parks.

Any problems, ring me on my mobile 07866 839341.

Cheers

Andy

Hi Andy,

Excuse me for being thick, but how do I get in touch with Andrew Greenwood to get the discounted tickets.

Thanks in advance

As requested people, an update on the booking details etc.

The venue is an agricultural centre with a large display hall. There is display parking for 20 cars inside the hall, for BMW CC Central Region members who have contacted me for spaces.

Unless someone drops out, I believe we are fairly fully booked for the interior display area. However, any requests will be considered in case someone drops out.

There is also an exterior display area for the Central Region, adjacent to the main hall, so any additional cars will be able to park here all together.

The exhibitors tickets for the internal display area are now more or less allocated, but members can benefit from pre-booking the discounted tickets direct from Andrew Greenwood.

Tel: 01484 452002,  mobile: 07831 281284, Fax:  01484 452006

or website: www.classicshows.org

and finally, email: classicshows@btconnect.com

Members quoting their membership number can get tickets for £5, upto 15th April, after which they will either pay the normal £6 advanced fee (I am informed) or buy on the gate at the full price when they arrive.

Please email me if you want any further info, maps etc.

Cheers

Andy
