Cont me in on the Gaydon meet.It is good to know that there are like minded people out there who don't disregard the E23. We all know by looking in the BMW mags that they cater for the masses ie E30, E36 etc.

Who's going to be the first UK E23 owner to fit clear front indicator lenses, then?

If you're interested let me know and I'll ask him...

Grahame, why isn't it roadworthy? Is it rusty. failed mot or does it have mechanical problems? How long has he owned it, and what is the over all condition of the car as a whole. It looks pretty straight in those pictures.

AG

Mark, where tickets are concerned, try the club office.

Looks Sapphire Blue & loaded with goodies like BBS spoiler & sport steering wheel. like AG says looks decent enough in the pics. Is it scheduled for dismantling or sale soon?

Hi Guys

My stepdad has owned it from new......

I'm really sorry about this, but having just rung him for some background it appears he's just sold it this week to a scrap dealer guy.... Sorry I got all your hopes up!

As I said he has had it from new (bought from the old Coopers dealership which was in Henley at the time). It was a Special Equipment model with all the extras too! He now has an 850.

Once again apologies for the cock up on my part! I should have rung him first!!

All the best.

Totally agree with you guys, it's so nice to see the "Classic" BMW's (I see the E23 shark nose as a classic) in such good condition, loved and well looked after.......... long may they live!

All the best
