i recently had a problem with autotintdesign. the guy i dealt with a number of times was just out to get my money. i ordered internal door pads for my E30 bmw cabriolet. we talked twice on the phone to confirm he did it for an E30 and even described the shape of the door cards etc. he quite happily took my money and said there was no problems. when i got the pads, they were for an E36 coupe, so nowhere near what i wanted. i made a complaint after spending a few days trying to get through to them and the same guy dealt with me. he said i had asked for E36 coupe parts which was total rubbish because theres a big difference between that an E30 cabriolet parts. i know what my own car is!! anyway, it took him a week and a half after i returned the items to get a refund and even then i didnt get all my money back. when i phoned to complain it took another couple of days for someone to even answer the phone and i ended up getting someone different. he explained that the money was to cover their postage costs and would not refund it regardless of fault. i stated that if the original guy hadn't cocked up in the first place i wouldn't have lost any money but he said it was my word against his. he spoke to the guy i dealt with who denied any knowledge of our phone converstaions previous to me returning the useless items. he said i was lying and then the guy i was speaking to told me i was getting no more cash back and it was my problem.
i will not be using them in future and i urge everyone else trying to style their bmw's to do the same.
