The North West Region has club stands at 2 major north west classic car shows in the coming month of May. First up is the show at Cholmondeley Castle on the 8th May, followed by the Spring Bank Holiday show at Capesthorne hall, which is a 2-day event. Ticket details in the club magazine and Straight-6. Please give these events your support. Finally, don't forget to support the North West AGM on Sunday 24th April at the March Hare, Cheadle Hulme - free buffet strictly for club members and partners only.

Yes Nigel, but as it seems I wont be in possesion of the lovely  beemer for much longer, I cant really justify paying 35 for a prawn sandwich.

It is a shame, and I was looking forward to a summer full of meets too.

If only BMW made vans.

(Lets see how long it takes someone to mention the 1 series)

I know where your coming from mate, and I have the same problem.

We only have so much money.

I've gotten around this by having a vectra for my everyday job, I've even been to events in it, and I have the old beemer for weekend fun.

An old car isn't everyones idea of fun, but it keeps me happy !

Best Wishes

Nigel

Half tempted to make an offer on Pma1ums newly found 7 series, apparently its mint.

But I think thats a bit too old for my liking just yet. A 96/97 328 coupe in a few months possibly, like you say, to sit on the drive until weekend.
