   hi there, its me again
have a 1991 M5 and the radio in it is shockingly bad. its an aftermarket cd player with the proper wiring harness to connect it to the bmw wires and the cd works great. but the radio is pants. i cannot get any sort of good reception. i have checked the arial cable and connections and they seem to be fine. but it fails to pick up any stations, even ones that broadcast close to where i live.

can anyone help me with this problem??
oh..i have tried the radio in another car and the reception is perfect.
