No he wouldn't Patrick. Hiab has removed the moonroof from the Sapphire 735 EX he has FS, and has replaced it with a metal one. As AG says, the current price of £130 for a rustfree moonroof with all trims ready to fit is not unreasonable. it may well go for more in the end. Patrick's dream of finding a rustfree moonroof with trims for £50 will come true the day Tony Blair comes clean & says "I lied about the Iraq war". |

trouble is, that this items fits the e28 (?) and therefore parts that cross from the e23/e28 ranges do tend to fetch more, hence the price. £137 at the last count, may well top the £150 mark

yes AG E23/E28 share their sunroof panels and many other items. on a wider scale many much more modern BM's have loads of E21/E23 era parts in them. E36 owners may be disgusted to know that the rear A/R bar links are exactly the same part # as the E23/E24/E28 item. there are bits of E23 DNA in all BM's right up to the Bangle era, I guess. hee hee, all those who slag off E23's are slagging off their own modern BM's in the process |
