   Its a shame, we have floated this idea many times.
I've done one on the central website : http://bmwcarclubgb.co.uk/regions/centrl/recommends.htm
Contact the webmaster for whatever region your in, see if they will do the same, then you could link to it when someone asks.
The advantage of this system is you can't get the comments the club are worried about, as only the webmaster can access it to update it.

	I forgot to reply to this when i first saw it. The only worry I would have about it is that someone may say that dealer XXX is rubbish, etc. based on one unfortunate experience whereas in fact the dealer may be excellent.

	I was wondering If it would be ok to create a sticky topic in the 5 Series forum where we can reccomend/comment on independent specialists that we have used and supply their contact details ? Does this count as advertising , I just thought it would be useful as I see a lot of people asking for advice on who to use for servicing etc Thought i'd ask before I created the sticky in case it wasn't allowed
