Hi guys

I'm a newbie to this car club, although I've had a 6 for the last 9 years.  It's original throughout and so it's starting to pick up some rust on the rear arches, which I may deal with this summer.

One thing that is bugging me though is the computer screen, which was poked some 4 years ago by my infant son.  The screen is bleeding slowly to death and I want to get a new one.

Any suggestions for the best fix would be greatly appreciated.

PS.  Where is the best place to get new front fogs?

What year is your Six? If you have the last 7 digits of your VIN, that would also be a help in identifying the part numbers you need.

A good source for most if not all new E24 parts is Motormec. Call Andy Howlett there on (01502) 500590

Thanks Horsetan,

I'll give Andy a call tomorrow.  My six is a 1986 in champagne.  I've just finished cleaning it up, taxing, testing, insuring, etc, etc.  I'd left her in a barn for 4 years, while I was in the north of Ireland.  Started first time on the second key turn, and passed the MOT without a single hassle!

You've got to hand it to the Germans.
