E30 Electric Sunroof

   Evenin' ALL
my 325 sport has an electric sunroof.  the problem i have is this.....
when you hve the s/roof in tilt mode, a large rust spot can be seen in both top corners.  I want to have ths treated but it is too hard to get at.  How do i go about removing the sunroof to sort it???
i do have the luxury of having a 89 320 coupe (the exact same color) but with a manual s/roof.  Can I use this as a translant??
help please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

	Eamo, You will be able to swap over the sunroof, have never personally tried it, but I guess it will be a case of trial and error to get it out. I plan to convert my manual sunroof to electric (When it stops raining...) I have all the parts necessary and have spoken to other people who have successfully modified sunroof from manual to electric. Enjoy the experience Mark

	As far as I recall, the Bentley E30 manual has instructions on the removal and re-installation of the sunroof panel.

	Not as far as I know, but you can order it on-line from Amazon. Price should be good because of the difference between the dollar and euro. It's an excellent E30 reference to have.
