   I was in my local dealer yesterday ordering replacement window seals for my rear windows. As I was considering having them fitted during the car's next service, I asked if I could have the part number so that I could order the parts when I booked the car in for the service. To my utter disbelief, I was met with the response : 
"We're not allowed to give out part numbers."
