SOLVED DOUBLE-LOCK OUT YESTERDAY, SOMEONE CRAWLED THRU

REAR VENT WINDOW, JUMP STARTED, DOOR LOCKS NOW WORKING PROPERLY BUT SUDDENLY A NEW CONUNDRUM! ENGINE WILL NOT STOP RUNNING TURNING IGNITION KEY OFF. PULLED IGNITION WIRE TO TURN IT OFF. IS THIS AN IGNITION SWITCH PROBLEM?
