Can't exactly remember the name of the company, I think it might be Trim Tech or similar though, anyway, the guy's name is Mark & his number is 07976310928.

He was recommended to me, as I was planning a leather trim, & he is a good guy to speak to, does a lot of work for BMW.

Phoned the guy that Ally323 recommended - he says he's in South Street !  Hope this is not the same guy Stevie said about

Quoted me between £300 - £500 for the rear seat - thats just labour, i've already got the leather !

Hope it's not the same fella too!!

i was given a card in xs motorsport in Hamilton of a company called Baillies , they are bassed in Johnstone (thorn brae , 01505 335855) supposedly they are the dogs and have retrimmed many show cars , don't know what prices are like but they were highly recomended.

If you are not wanting to deviate to far from stock go to A-trim and do an exchange interior set from them their work is top notch

they keep around 60 coulours in stock or some such stupid amount are very well knows among BMW refurb'ers and not as scary cost wise as you may thinkhere

Never argue with an idiot, they drag you down to their level, then beat you with experience.

Colin I've only gave you my opinion and as it seems that there are conflicting views then the best way to deal with that is go and visit this mark guy and have a look at some of his work. you're more than welcome to come and look at the finish on my fathers interior and make your own mind up

Best place for trimming in scotland is transcal, Ive used them for cars in the past and seen loads of their work,  you can get creative with different colours etc and it works out much the same price,  this allows them to use smaller pieces of hide which are cheaper than big areas.
