Topic: women drivers Posted: 06-September-2005 at 17:25 |
nearly every time i witness a useless piece of driving it is a woman behind the wheel.
i know alot of the time its other blokes displaying bad driving skills but the greater percentage in my opinion are women.
they just dont seem to be aware of other road users and are a bloody nuisance.

I accept there are SOME crap women drivers, but there are also some crap male drivers too.
Most of us, however, can drive a car/lorry/motorcycle a darn sight better than alot of males....
So There!!!!!

I think it's a case of when you get a bad woman driver they are BAD! whereas blokes blame everyone else - as they are the best drivers on the road in their own opinion.

Are you going to let her drive your car when she eventually passes the test, Rhys....
after all, she knows I drove your car (which she wasn't very impressed about at the time), so she might just use that against you if you say she can't drive it..

mine is an auto, so at the moment it isn't advisable for her to drive it to learn in. As for when she passes her test then yes (if she stumps up the extra for her inclusion on the insurance).
She has gone off the idea of getting a beemer - she origionaly wanted a little compact of her own, now she fancies an little offroader (probably so she can drive over stuff instead of crashing into it when she realises there is noone there with dual controls to help her out )

My other half is learning to drive just now, and even she has started to shout at other women drivers, she doesnt want to be tarred with the same brush.
Women are involved in fewer accidents because they dont see the carnage behind them when they dab the brakes at random on the motorway as the cars crash into each other behind them,
Also anyone ever noticed how many womens cars have dents in them, thats because they dont notice things like bollards etc, anyone know what the breakdown in numbers is of women vs men who have passed their advanced driving test?

Of course there are decent women drivers out there, but 90% are rubbish, there is no denying that. The ones that are good drivers are usually a bit mental in the head! (in my experience of them)
