Replacing the carpet???

   Ok the time has come and the carpet it sure as hell annoying me now and its time for a change. I've looked on the web and found a few places that do a new moulded carpet but I'm not 100% sure of them either.
Has anybody done this yet? Where did you get the carpet and how easy/hard was it?
