Blimey, well spotted. I've mailed the guy to see if he'll do a deal. It's a long way for me but hey ho.

Cheers again

I've asked what "offers" he's looking for and he want's £500. Too dear. I can get a new rim from my dealers for £209 and I haven't got to drive from Sussex to Yorkshire to get it. It's not like I need 4, or the tyres for that matter............Unless I lose it again that is!

I could potentially be in the market for one or two of these alloys as well... So if you want to split 4 of them up then I am sure we could come to some arrangement. Although Yorkshire is quite a way to go!

Hi Trevor

When I needed a couple of new wheels to replace some slightly buckled ones I got them from BM Autosport in Eastbourne, you might want to look them up and give them a call, it'll almost certainly  be cheaper than the dealer price!

By the way, in case you weren't sure, your wheels are Style 49 according to this useful site http://felgenkatalog.auto-treff.com

Well I finally sourced 3 replacement wheel's. I got them for £190 including p+p which considering they are £209 each from the dealers thats not too bad. They do have some marks though the damage is not too bad. It's shown below:

This shot shows the worst damage at approx. 12 o'clock

Now a local company has quoted me £50 per wheel to sort it. They have no tyres to remove and no valves to worry about and will have the wheels delivered and collected from them! I think this is a bit choppy to say the least. 18 months ago I had 5 15" x spokes for the e30 done at bjv engineering for £150 all in and that was removing the tyres as well. the job was a goodun too. Trouble is (although I have requested a quote from them) they are a long way from me.

Anyone had any wheels repaired in the Surrey / Sussex area and if so what was the work like and how much was the cost? I may even break the compresser out and have a go myself as they are bare.

Thanks for your help

Trevor
