   An 11 year old boy caught behind the wheel of a BMW, has been disqualified from driving for a Year, and given 9 points on his Non existant licence.So presume the points stay on record for when he applies for a licence.
Such a Great success is Red Kens slime Traffic for London CONgestion charge, and parking charges to force drivers off the road that BMW GB are moving some of its business out of London.The Flagship Park Lane showroom dealership is now unprofitable, and they say the capitol will lose all its independant retailers by 2012.
BMW employs one person fulltime, to deal with the CONgestion Tax which costs the Park Lane dealership �300,000 per year.
