   What cable do i need to copy my saved sky+ recordings to my laptop? i don't have a dvd recorder.

	you'll need a usb tv capture box such as the Haupage WinTV USB http://www.dabs.com/productview.aspx?Quicklinx=3JD8&Sear chType=1&SearchTerms=hauppauge&PageMode=3&Search Key=All&SearchMode=All&NavigationKey=0&v=1 should be just a case of outputting composite or s-video (via scart adapter if the skybox doesnt have output sockets specifically for those types of cables) from the sky+ box into that so you can capture the output onto the laptop films might be encoded with macrovision (copy protection) so you may not be able to save them is it a relatively new laptop? make and model?
