CTECH 3000 cat thingy

Here's a general throw out... I fitted a Ctech 3000 catalytic injection thingy after falling sucker to an ad promising incredible mileage improvements better reliability women falling at my feet incredible lotterywins etc etc.. the mileage bit worked and I'm still waiting for the others to kick in but... It did really work! at least 15 % improvements... for about ayear and then it  stopped working, and though they have a tech back up  I can't ever get through and I wondered if anyone else has experience of the gizmo, the company, or anything else that might help.....are they still in business, perhaps...   UJB
