Naah Fey,It amazes me how history repeats itself.
8 of us as Bachelors in our 30 something time kept on having the same story repeated and set up a challenge.
Each of us developed a strategy and then tested it.Mine was that Sharks go where the food is so I signed up for a Cordon Bleu Cookery Course in the evenings.
Initially they thought I was gay so that dropped their Guard slightly, Secondly, my heart sank when the entire Course was attended by either marred or very much involved Women!
Disaster!!I thought.
How wrong! Once they realised I was neither the Boston Strangler and only slightly warped, They ALL had Friends,Cousins, someone at work who was "Such a nice Girl,Just broken off with her Boyfriend etc, am sure You'll get on well," and yes a lot of those needed a case or two to drink them pretty but THEY all had friends!
Synopsis:
The Cookery Course was quite fun and has stood me in good stead.
I ended up with not having to cook for almost a year with al the invitations
I met a helluva lot of people out of the pressure cooker that is a bar or night club
I met some really nice beautiful ladies who trusted because I was introduced by people they trusted.
My 02c worth of advice. Find something that interests you and the kind of person that you would be attracted to and go there
