New Speed Camera rules

   Just caught tail end of news about new speed camera regs......complete reversal if I interpreted it right.....cameras no longer have to be brightly painted or in full view or signposted and they no longer have to be put only at accident blackspots, can be put anywhere.

Far as I can see theres only 2 groups who'll benefit......government/plod and camera detection companies.
