bmw e34 repairs

   Hi all. new member.
right its time for me to get my baby road going again.
my car is a bmw e34 535i on a "g" plate.
the car has been converted to gas and had a problem starting, my dad decided to remove the dizzy cap and ended up shearing 2 bolts. the car has been stood for around 18months and its now time for me to get my finger out and get her running (hopefully) firstly does anyone know how best to remove the sheared bolts and or a garage that could assist in etting the car running again. ive been a student for the past 18months and had no money to go ahead with the intended works, sadly due to student life not being very practicall anymore i am due to return to work and start earning again. any help in my treasured car would be trumendous!
