X5 running boards

   Hi
I have just bought an X5 3.0d, and i love it. Should of got one years ago.
The only thing missing that would really finish it off is aluminium running boards.  BMW (Brighton) have quoted �550 to supply and fit! 
My question is: 
i've seen the boards on www.formula4x4.com for about �200.  Would they be easy to fit?
