Engine rattle at low revs and under load

   I get bad idle for the first few minutes when the engine hasnt been run for like 6hrs or more. But within a few minutes its gone and doesnt reappear until next time engine off for a long time.

	Plus I have been getting that and the rattle for over a year. Idle I think is plugs. Rattle I think is something like the exhaust heatshield
