Lads,

An idea for Junes meet, make it all day at Snetterton race circuit as the Khumo BMW championship would be there and would also endorse the club, there are also complementary tickets available and as the region is under promoted I think we would gain a good chance of getting quite a few! What do you guys think - I'm up for it. I will give snetterton race course a ring this week to find out

Anyone of you down there in essex fancy joining on and making it a big East Anglia region meet (there are complementary tickets available) with priority given to regions holding a club stand. What do you guys think.

Paul

Darren,

Spoke to Jeff today and there could be a min of 12+ complementary tickets, priority going to club members, will find out nearer the time if so and how many. Will ring snetterton race cct up tomorrow to find out ticket prices if not a club member and how we go about organising the club stand. Jeff is really pleased that we are trying to get the region back on track. Please express interest for snetterton asap so I (or mandy) can get in contact with Jeff to start the ball rolling and get some magazine coverage. The snetterton rounds of the championship are on the 25th June.

Ticket prices for the snetterton event are £10 if booked online, £12 if paid on the day at the gate, and kids under 12 go free and there are other events on there as well, plus the sunday market will be on for the ladies (if you guys bring them)

Darren,

Spoke to Chris Wadsley, and is very pleased about us putting this stand on, and has pulled few strings, and we will get a club stand on the circuit itself on the corum curve, for no charge except for entrance fee (if you don't have complementary tickets). But will need to know numbers asap, which can be posted on this thread:

Also, thinking of having a bbq there - what are your thoughts? There will be refreshments and chris will be bringing a couple of gazebos, so we may need a couple of tables/paper table cloths to make it look presentable

Great idea to meet at Snetterton, after all it is our region's track. If you go don't forget to support Ricardo Kerry our Kumho National Champion of 2005 beating the famed Martyn Bell who is currently running a 320is in WTCC. Join Rick's roudy supporters at Corum or speak to Rick in the Paddock.

Yes I will be there by the burger van on the bank at Corum.

Cheers

Terry. (320iS)

A small contribution towards the bbq of £2.50 per person would be appreciated or you can bring own food if you wish. I have also got a couple of cases of coke/diet coke and colin (pockets) will be bringing a couple of cases of bottled water as well
