330i E90 Tyres

G'day,

I recently bought a new 330i with the 225/45 17 Pirelli Euforias fitted as standard. I live in Thailand where concrete sections make up a large percentage of the highways. The Pirelli's while great on the twisty stuff and asphalt are terrible on these roads, the stiff sidewall of the run-flats sending a shock through the car at each concrete joint.

Anybody have experience with the other tyres such as Michelin Pilot Sport or such like on this car?

I realise I'd be compromising as with no spare wheel could be inviting a long wait at the roadside somewhere without the run-flats.
