1997 528i Washer & Lights Problem Plus Tyre Suggestions

   Hi a few quick questions:

1) I have a problem with my lights the low beam/ park light/ side light (whichever you want to call it) only works on one side. I have seen lots of people on this forum have problems with high beams staying on & the consensus seems to be that it is an LCM problem. Is this likely in my car too? 

2) My Windscreen Washer is not pumping water. The motor isn't making any noise, so I assume this is a problem with the pump, is this something easy to change?

Is it possible if I tinker with the LCM that this might fix both problems? i.e does the LCM have anything to do with the washers?

3) Can anyone suggest a good quality low cost tyre and where to get them?

	I have the same car and year as yours, for tyres I use Vredestein, cost about �85 each installed. I went to Selecta Tyres in Macclesfield. I don't have the exact model of tyres here, I'm at work, if you are interested, I'll get the exact info when I get home. Sorry can't answer the first 2 questions.
