As an independant magasine both Total BMW and BMW Car are good unfortunantly they seem to concentrate most of the editorial stuff on the newer cars which are all fairly similar, but when they do have articles on the older cars they are great.

I can't really comment yet on the BMW Car club's publication as i have not been a member long enough, but it is a different publication which is more people and enthusiast orientated.

The BMW drivers club is very small and is only four times a year, and i need my BMW fix sooner than that. The articles within usually are peoples anecdotes and stories

Performance BMW seems to only have eyes for tuning of e36 and e30's

I have been buying Total BMW since it furst came out and think its a great mag covering all models. However they been featuring the Mini a lot lately which I think they shouldnt. I know its made by BMW but at the end of the day it's not a bimmer.

BMW Car too is a good mag howver Perf BMW is too Max Powerish!

I can't see anyone buying Performance BMW on this forum - unless you are a chav! (boy racer)

Gloucester? That says it all!

I agree, sometimes, the odd car can creep into these magazine, which really ought to have been in the others.
