Firstly i would tell polis just in case you don't wont them knocking on your door and charging you with anything like leaving the scene of an accident this would cover your own back in case anyone heard or seen you and if you damaged gate.

I would also tell insurance i know i will push premium up a fair bit but you don't want to take any chances with the repairs if Quotes cost to much they may rite car of at the end of the day hefty price to pay for dogging rabbit.

But you can always get another 1

If you can't be good don't get caught

DEFINITELY get in contact with insurers - this sounds as though it is going to be well over 650. And just in case - dont drive it! With no or little coolant you may end up doing lots of damage. As far as actual costs? You need to follow the insurance procedures which will ultimately involve a garage/repairer identifying properly what is wrong and what it takes to fix it. Hope this helps (and go and find the rabbit .......)

Hi thanks for the quik replys guys , phoned the insurance up , car is getting picked up monday to be repaired, they believe me and are paying for it :) they also gave me a nice deal , saying if its 650 to repair or anywhere above tht AND i would be willing to pay then they will not log the claim so my no claims would remain , fingers crossed it wont be too pricy , but i very much doubt it, im thinkin over a £1000 at least :( could be worse i suppose or could it! lol I am never moving for a rabbit in my life from now on , kill them all!

still interested in some rough estimates on the repair from YOU GUYS... I think it will need roughly BUMPER, HEADLIGHTS , MAYB BONNET , RADIATOR ? HOW MUCH ?
