Thought you'd done this a while back? I'm thinking the same for mine - try and keep the existing wings and treat the rust - too many other things I want to tweak and ruin, I mean modify.

I actually chickened out, i am just getting the rust sorted instead, it was going to be 160 quid for each wing (OEM quality) + painting + fitting + new indicators (late style), so on top of getting the nose cone, the door & the 3/4 panel done, it was going to be big bucks :o(

Maybe get new wings a year or so down the line, depending on how long it takes the rust to come back.

Thought i would save my cash and get a chip instead!!!

Did you get your front wings sorted yet? Did you, or are you using pattern or original parts/ and where do you recommend to fit and finish them?
