Hello folks

I hope the meet at the Gravy patch went well yesterday.

I'm going to book the Neue Klasse and the 1600 Cab for Gaydon this

Would anyone be into meeting up to travel to Gaydon in convoy. All arrive

we could meet at a services of your choice?????

Paul,

I shall be speaking to Paddy when he gets back this week as I think he wants to travel across the day before, as I may do. If not then we'll have to decide where to meet up

Have spoke with Paddy, if we end up travelling across on the day could meet you at the BP Garage on the A14 where the A11 has joined onto it and goes to 3 lanes. If we drive on the Sunday, will be early and probably be there for about 6.30 -6.45 ish if we started out at about 5:00am

The concensus is that we're driving down on the day, myself, paddy and ady are leaving Aylsham about 5:30 am and should hit the a14 for about 7.00am where the A11 joins it. My mobile number is 07717 216097 if you want to give me a ring on or before the day, so we can organise a definitive time and place to meet up.

We wont be rushing there and will stop somehwere for breakfast, but would ideally like to get there for 8:30 ish as it's going to be a nightmare at around 9-9:30 ish. It's my first trip there so could be interesting. As I say, anyone with other suggetstions can give us a ring, I'm on 2-10 this week and 6-2 next week

Hey Guys

I have been speaking with BMW today, with regards to the EA stand at Gaydon, and our space allocated.

If you have already received your passes, can you let me know, as I don't want to double book anyone, and they were unable to tell me who's they had already sent out.

Cheers Guys

won't be back in the UK until the 15th to check post. I'll let you know then if
tickets not arrived. Should be fine though.
Looking forward to Gaydon should be a great day out.

Its warm and wet here in Tokyo suffering a bit from the old jet lag!

What do you guys think is the best way to go - I had a quick look at the map and don't know whether to head across the A14 then down through Northampton on the A43 to the M40 and then follow it up to Gaydon, it should be a 3 1/2 hour drive at least and we're not in the best of places to start with. I still reckon we're at least an hour and a half to two hours away when we meet up at the services so we wont be there until about 9:00 anyway

I'll route it all out properly when I get home on the 15th and suggest a route
and times.

A14 north towards Coventry and then drop down is usually the quickest.

It would be good to get together if possible-when else do you get a chance
to travel in a BMW convoy!!

Cheers from Osaka, Mcdaddy

Mick,

We're likely to be leaving Aylsham at about 5:30am probably arriving on the A14 about 7:00am and hang on for McDaddy and the crew. Will then carry on and I'd imagine we'd hit Northampton about 8 ish, can't remember offhand how far between the two, but you're quite free to give us a ring when we're on the way
