4 wheel alignment cost??

   Does �75 + vat sound about right to have 4 wheel alignment done on an e39? The guys use hunter equipment and weigh the car down properly so it sounds like a proper job.

	as mentioned in previous questions earlier, i was charged 20 notes for the 4 wheel job and that inc.luded 2 adjustments.... i watched the whole job being done without a problem (which is rare) and i had a print off of before and after.

	I paid �55 inc VAT from an independent body shop, done using lasers. BMW wanted �177 inc VAT but they use cameras which are apparently more accurate. �20 sounds too cheap, that's like less than 30 mins work excluding equipment costs. It does sound like you got the right stuff done though. Kwikfraud wanted �30 for just front wheel alignment which is no use to man nor beast on any BMW! Andrew
