That would be useful. I always wanted somewhere to ask what the best rubber gloves for washing cars are without being laughed at.

Why would you need to wear rubber gloves to wash a car?!

I do!

Because I suffer from eczema on my fingers and it hurts like h3ll using car shampoo and polish etc!

Would be like you imersing your hands in boiling water.  Not nice

A detailing forum gets my vote Killian!

Thanks

Andrew

On Jon44w we've a whole variety of sections

We've:
General Car Chat
Event Information
Cruise Information
In Car Entertainment
Technical Tuning
Members Gallery
Was it you?
and more recently Car Cleaning & Detail section.

and those are only a handful of the car related sections.

But anotehr forum wouldn't do any harm!

Absolutley, mind we need to attract some more ICE experts to the forum first judging by the massive response to my post in the general technical forum

Cue the Horse.... apparently if you mention rubber fetish and say his name three times while looking into a mirror he appears in nothing but his baby blue hunters!

I think it is worth adding new forums for other interests. The detailing section sounds like a great idea, as does the ICE section. Could it be worth attracting specialists in these areas (like oilman) by letting them promote their business in return for regular question answering on the forum?
