Other things that I know of that have happened

Guy has 4 post lift in his small garage, all goes well until he has 4x4 on lift

Forgets 4x4 is taller than car and introduces roof of 4x4 to roof of shed

oops!

Another guy into time saving has person hop into car ready to drive it off while lift is coming down. He stops lift on way down because he spots something on floor, guy in car thinks car is at ground level and drives off! PS that lift did have end of ramp safety chocks removed!

People must have more examples lets hear them
