Right now the situation is still as it was a few weeks ago, i havent heard a word back from robbie, after numerous attempts to contact him, a friend of mine was even down with him on friday and i asked him to get torbbie to give me a call or an email about it and nothing. If there were any other similar alternatives for the money id be organising it but there just doesnt seem to be someone who will do a live map with RR and for a decent price.

Many apologies for the delay guys.

For now this is not going ahead, until i can find a reputable tuner who is actually willing to do the work and to provide us with proof thats other than seat of your pants testing. Im not giving up on the idea and will post up any updates on this thread.

Thanks for the interest so far.

Is Robie from TDP pulling out or is he not giving a date or what is the case?

Maybe we have to split the whole thing and do one or two cars at a time and get the group buy price regardles? As he says it takes 1 to 3 hours for each car maybe its to many at a time? Just my two pence worth of thought.

I'm still up for it at TDP and don't mind the delay as I try to get the sport cats/new exhaust and complete clutch done at one go and that needs a big junk of cash and the front shocks are on the way out ...... the usual just order the parts in now

I would prefer TDP also, seems to be the better set up from what I have been reading, a;though I am in the same boat now with post NCT blues, car passed but whatever they did, the exhaust is rattling, and some creaking from the backend.

So I am considering my coupe for the remap, getting the Eibach springs fitted on monday, so thats the reason for pressuring Ben about the dates!!! HEHEHE

ITs not that we are faced with a delay, its that he is not even replying to my calls/emails and wont give us a date, so im not going to keep putting you guys off indefinitely. There has to be someone else offering maps with a rolling road who'll do it for a decent price.

Folks heading to Westward tomorrow morning, got the car superchipped and would like to see if there are any gains at all from the previous time it was dyno'd as standard. Feel free to pop in.

I could do a last attempt to kick his backside as I'm out there twice over the next couple of days. Don't mind doing thaty cause maybe he's not that great on his e-mail and organisational skills. However I do agree with the consensus from other members here that a.) this is crap customer service (and as Management Development Consultant I know all about that) and b.) If he does never get back to anyone (Kin some guy's I met at the last meet and ourselves) what does that mean in case someone gets a problem with his mapping?

Also if he things 15 by 350 is not worth a replay than that is very strange business practise.

Ben let me know what you think as it's your baby

Westward's in Meath-Check out westwardeng.com. I'm looking forward to see what gains I'd get from the 325-It's already pushing 200hp and McNamara's claimed as much as 15-16hp fromt the chip even though Superchips say 12! Most people say 2-3hp so I'll be happy with any gain at all...Especially in the torque department.
