Thanks Mark I've always wanted an e23,I think it's because they are so unloved and nobody wants them that first attracted them to me.

I found this one on ebay 12 months ago it's a 2 owner car FSH and completely original.Electric seats front and back and a top of the range period stereo with a wacky blaupunkt graphic equalizer.

All i've done in the past 12 months is fit a set of 16 inch Alpina's an Alpina steering wheel and enjoyed every mile.

It,s great to see another series1 which have so much more presence than the series 2.

Keep up the good work and look forward to meeting up in the future.

I have electric rear seats too, but when I ask BMW all I get for the spec sheet is leather couler coad? Car don't even say if its a SE witch it has to be as it has it all?

Yes It will be dun for Gaydon, It needs a compleat re-spray rear arches and 4 doors and a boot lid,  I need to replace the shocks and springs so I have gon  with ordering H&R springs and 4 Billstine sp shocks not cheep but hay do it once do it right I will have to leave the inside alown for now because of this, witch needs leather re-die and some new trim.

Is there anthing alse meat wise?

The E34 looks great, I still think the M-Parallel's one of the beast looking wheels ever. What are the Boge springs like as I was thinking of these?

I miss driving her so much

The springs are fine, brings the car down nicely and don't lose too much of the comfort. Just having the front end spruced up now - new trim panels for the grille and having the metal re-sprayed, then I'll be happy with her. The wheels are going in for a refurb in May to look more oem as the laquer is tarnishing quite badly in places and needs tidying up.
