Only one photo of an unwashed car on a wet day?

No photos of the inside - not even through the window

Item number 170090091941

I  was seriously considering buying that car from an Autotrader ad, evidently it's just (and I mean JUST, within the last fortnight) been sold for 25 grand. Why someone would be trying to flog it for less than half that now on ebay is suspicious, to say the least.
