Hi Guys,

Here's the fruits of todays labour. 1st of all Issys coupe was waxed with Maguires. This pic is taken with the digital zoom on my digi cam from accross the road. kinda hard to geta real shine on Silver (I think!!)

Then, mine was treated to a G3 compound cut using a huge sponge on a muckle great grinder. Then it got the Maguire treatment. It all took ages but I recon it was worth it. The dent was actually me dropping my trolley jack a while ago, do you think the air was bluer than my car...........oh yeah !!

I am now absolutely pooped and enjoying a nice cold Carlsberg Export. Seeyou tomorrow.

All your good work was worth it Issy , your car was looking good. Have to admit i did not have a close look at Campbell . I did not make it that far up the car park.

that's what i like to see, nice clean motor's

silver is the worst colour to get that "bling, bling" type shine from, but in the right light silver car's are like mirror's

pic of a lamp-post on my car

nice mirror finish on our wee Mitsy Colt (sorry for the ugly mug!)

Colt & E39

and my gleaming 21yr old 320

Thanks for showing that Ian, these show impressive work.

I recon the shine on Issys Coupe was pretty impressive (even if I say so myself) that pic was taken from accross the road, up my drive and through my windscreen.

The distance from camera to car was probably about 20 - 25 feet and the houses behind and TV antenna are clearly visible. The roof line on the houses would be easily another 40 feet away from the bonnet.

That was the first proper cut and polish I've done to my E39, maybe another couple of coats of wax and you'd be able to read Issys number plate in the reflection but if you look carefully at the drivers side of the Coupe, you'll see her taking a sneaky pic of me taking a blatant pic.

All good fun but knackereing !!
