Thought I'd ask here, as I've seen a few people on the site who seem to have a clue!!

Sitting at work banging my head off the desk, so I thought I'd ask you lot for a bit of geeky advice... I'm really THAT desperate!

We've got a plasma monitor on the wall at work, which we want to display 2 or 3 applications in rotation automatically, to stop the screen getting even more burnt than it already is.

I can't find anything on the net that would do this. - I'm really looking for something that will do "ALT+SHIFT+TAB" every 30 seconds. (ALT+SHIFT would just swap two windows)

Any ideas if something like this could be scripted, and if so, easily?

Thoughts appreciated.

What's the driver for swapping apps rather than letting a screensaver kick in?

The windows being displayed in rotation are network monitoring info, which will give us an early heads up if something goes wrong. (mobile network)

We've just had one system displaying up until now, and there are permanent scars in the £8500 Plasma Monitor. :D

OS is Win2k.

And I've just bought a motorbike! Woohoo!

You should be able to create you own screensaver, using those 3 windows. Now, i'm not totally sure how it will work, whether a screen saver can be run live. It would be worth looking into it. Or maybe a looping Power Point presentation? Again there are issues with live monitoring. Have you tried a Google search??

There is a lesson there for everyone, Plasma screens are worse than CRT's for screen burn! LCD is supposed to be the most resistant.

This will do it, it's a while since i've used it though.  You'd need to set it up so its running a timed thing that will simulate whatever key press you want to use.  It's a bit complicated but it'll do everything you could possibly want.  Good forum (i think), it's free, and really powerful.
