 Hi guys having some problems with the sound on sat/nac radio after jump starting the car there is no sound also parking sensors have decicded to play up any 1 HELP please Daz31

Another Weggie! Welcome to the forum.
Hmm yeah jump starting the car could well have casued a few electrical problems. Recent battery faults with my E60 meant I had to be jump started by the AA. After they did this the airbag warning light came on. E60 battery problems where you can read about what happened to my car with low battery power. Was the radio on when you jump started it? You might have popped a fuse if you jumped the car with the radio on Try disconnecting the battery and re-charging it. Think you might need a diagnostic check and reset done. Go to CH Bull and Sons in Bridge of Weir, they will reset the diagnostics at a fraction of price of a dealer. Infact seeing as how you are a local, I would be reluctant to take the car to Glasgow City Centre Dealer after my recent experiences there! All the best with it. Andrew |

Hi andrew thanks for reply sounds like you have had fun with your beemer , i changed the battery still no sound at all also when restarted the car it was cutting out local garage done something with the fuel pump so car is at least running now spoke to bmw kyle street they recomend disconecting sat unit ill give the place in bridge of weir ago many thanks Darren
