Hi, has anyone had their Z3 passenger airbag disabled? Could this be done by a dealer? I was hoping to find a magic button
 I need to get it done to fit a rear facing baby seat. A new car is not an option at the moment! Thanks.

It has to be programmed out using SSS at a dealer.... we ask Bracknell for a deactivation code which is then sent to the MRS control unit to code out option. The codes are rolled over every 5 days so its not a code that can be found in any literature. Not sure whether aftermarket systems can get around this,its a case of asking a few indies |
